  resdiag outputfile [-order= upper[, lower]] [-superperiodicity= integer] [-integer_tunes= xvalue,yvalue]

• description:
  resdiag makes a mpl-format file that can be plotted to make a resonance diagram for coupled oscillations in 2 dimensions[5]. The resonance condition is defined as where and are the tunes, S is the superperiodicity, k is the order of the resonance. The resonance diagram shows resonance lines as a function of the tune values between two integers.
• files:
  The mpl-format data for the resonance diagram is placed in outputfile.
• options:

  order

  
  Specifies either the order of the resonances to consider, or else a range of orders. The default is equivalent to -order=3,1.

  superperiodicity

  
  Specifies the superperiodicity, S. The default is 1.

  integer_tunes

  
  Specifies the integer parts of the x and y tunes. The x scale will run from xvalue to xvalue, and similarly for y.
