Injector Test Stand/Laser Area

Access Requirements  - APS_1442159
All Injector Test Stand (ITS) and/or Laser Room accesses for work or tours must be on this ITS maintenance/studies schedule.
All personnel requesting access to the Laser/ITS rooms must be on this schedule before they are allowed access.
Anyone not on this schedule as well as not having an approved Work Request to perform repairs or changes to the ITS configuration should contact Stan Pasky.
Anyone requesting access to the ITS or Laser Room for a tour should contact Stan Pasky. It is recommended that tour request be scheduled 2 days in advance. It should be understood that tour requests cannot always be accommodated.

H.P. access to these areas for surveys will not require a Work Request or be on the schedule assuming the lasers and power supplies are LOTO'd.
