files: The magnet specification spec-file is an SDDS file with one row per device. Required string columns
ControlName and ControlType identify the target device or process variable. Optional SuffixName overrides the default
subroutine record suffix. For standard degaussing each row also supplies DecayMinutes, DecaySeconds,
PeriodSeconds, MaxCurrent, and NumDecay. Tri-degauss extends this with LastPeakCurrent and OutputInterval,
while APSU tri-degauss uses FirstPeakCurrent, NumCycles, LastPeakCurrent, OutputInterval, and
MaxStepSize.
