Scale factors

Following the LRWAKE convention, every channel has its own scale parameter on top of the global FACTOR:

• FACTOR multiplies every channel.
• ZFACTOR multiplies the longitudinal channel only.
• XFACTOR (YFACTOR) multiplies the x (y) dipole channel.
• QXFACTOR (QYFACTOR) multiplies the x (y) quadrupole channel.
• CXFACTOR (CYFACTOR) multiplies the x (y) constant channel.

The effective scale of each channel is FACTOR × the channel factor × the pass-ramp factor.
