bunched_beam, added a new beam type, ``halo(gaussian)'', which
permits generating only the halo particles from a gaussian
beam. This entailed rewriting the beam generation subroutines,
so you will find that the exact particle coordinates generated
for most beam types are different in this version of elegant.
slice_analysis, added final_values_only control.
If set, this directs elegant to perform slice analysis only
at the end of the beamline. These final values are also now available
for use in optimization expressions (regardless of whether
final_values_only is set).
load_parameters, added include_type_pattern and
exclude_type_pattern controls. These allow providing a
list of patterns (strings containing wildcards) to use in
selecting what element types will be loaded from a file.
