• switches:
  • -pipe=[input][,output] — Standard SDDS pipe options for reading/writing files from stdin/stdout.
  • -column=name — The data column to be adjusted.
  • -removeCommutationOffsetOnly — Removes only the commutation offset, leaving the average offset.
  • -fhead=value — Fraction of rows at the head which will be used to determine the offsets.
  • -majorOrder=row|column — Specifies the binary SDDS layout.
  • -verbose — Verbose output to stdout.
