QtALH

QtALH is the Qt port of the EPICS Alarm Handler and Alarm Configuration Tool.

The port adapts the original ALH configuration parsing, alarm algorithms, operator workflows, and helper protocols. Its implementation is in qtalh/; the original Motif implementation remains in alh/.
